नागपूर:  राष्ट्रसंत तुकडोजी महाराज नागपूर विद्यापीठाच्या (RTMNU) भोंगळ कारभाराविरोधात आणि परीक्षा उत्तरपत्रिकांच्या चुकीच्या मूल्यमापना विरोधात आता 'राष्ट्रवादी विद्यार्थी काँग्रेस' (शरदचंद्र पवार) संघटना आक्रमक झाली आहे. चुकीचे मूल्यमापन करून विद्यार्थ्यांचे शैक्षणिक वर्ष उद्ध्वस्त करणाऱ्या दोषी प्राध्यापक आणि अधिकाऱ्यांवर कडक दंडात्मक कारवाई करणारा नियम तात्काळ लागू करावा, या मागणीसाठी संघटनेच्या वतीने विद्यापीठ प्रशासनाला (कुलगुरूंना) जाहीर निवेदन देण्यात आले.

'सर्व उत्तरे बरोबर, तरीही शून्य गुण!' – विद्यार्थ्यांचा संताप

गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून नागपूर विद्यापीठात उत्तरपत्रिका तपासणीत मोठ्या प्रमाणात निष्काळजीपणा होत असल्याचा आरोप संघटनेने केला आहे. अनेक विद्यार्थी अभ्यास करून, सर्व प्रश्नांची अचूक उत्तरे लिहून येतात; तरीही त्यांना जाणीवपूर्वक २ ते ५ गुणांनी नापास केले जाते. धक्कादायक बाब म्हणजे, काही प्रकरणांमध्ये सर्व उत्तरे अचूक असतानाही विद्यार्थ्यांना थेट '००' (शून्य) गुण दिल्याचा प्रकार समोर आला आहे.

...तर पुनर्मूल्यांकनाचे (Revaluation) पैसे आणायचे कुठून?

विद्यापीठाच्या या चुकीचा फटका गरीब आणि गरजू विद्यार्थ्यांना बसत आहे. आधीच आर्थिक टंचाईमुळे अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांना परीक्षेची फी भरणे कठीण असते, अशा परिस्थितीत ते पुनर्मूल्यांकनाचे (Revaluation) महागडे फॉर्म कसे भरणार? असा संतप्त सवाल या निवेदनातून उपस्थित करण्यात आला आहे. बरं, ज्यांनी पैशांची जुळवाजुळव करून फॉर्म भरले, त्यांच्याही निकालात 'नो चेंज' (No Change) दाखवून किंवा गुण आणखी कमी करून विद्यार्थ्यांवर अन्याय केला जातो.

प्राध्यापक मालामाल, विद्यार्थी बेहाल!

"एकीकडे उत्तरपत्रिका तपासणीच्या नावाखाली अनेक प्राध्यापक विद्यापीठाकडून लाखो रुपयांचे मानधन लाटत आहेत, तर दुसरीकडे प्रामाणिकपणे अभ्यास करणारा सामान्य विद्यार्थी मात्र न्यायासाठी विद्यापीठाच्या चक्रा मारून त्रस्त झाला आहे," असा गंभीर आरोप राष्ट्रवादी विद्यार्थी काँग्रेसने केला आहे.

संघटनेची मुख्य मागणी काय?

विद्यार्थ्यांना नैराश्याच्या गर्तेत ढकलणाऱ्या आणि शिक्षण अर्धवट सोडण्यास भाग पाडणाऱ्या अशा बेजबाबदार तपासणी अधिकाऱ्यांवर आणि शिक्षकांवर तात्काळ कडक दंडात्मक कारवाईचा कायदा करण्यात यावा. हा कायदा सर्वांच्या संमतीशिवाय असला तरीही विद्यार्थ्यांच्या हितासाठी तो तात्काळ पारित करून लागू करावा, अशी जोरदार मागणी संघटनेने केली आहे. यावेळी  राष्ट्रवादी विद्यार्थी काँग्रेस शरदचंद्र पवार गटाचे  नागपुर शहर अध्यक्ष  रूद्र धाकड़े, नेहाल पाटिल, फैज़ान शेख, रमज़ान शेख, कुणाल इंगले उपस्थित होते.

 NCP Student Congress Takes an Aggressive Stance

Nagpur: The 'NCP Student Congress' (Sharadchandra Pawar) organization has now taken an aggressive stance against the chaotic administration and the erroneous evaluation of examination answer sheets at the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). On behalf of the organization, a public memorandum was submitted to the University administration (the Vice-Chancellor), demanding the immediate implementation of a rule mandating strict punitive action against guilty professors and officials whose incorrect evaluations result in the ruin of students' academic years.

'All Answers Correct, Yet Zero Marks!' – Students Outraged

The organization has alleged that for several years now, there has been widespread negligence in the evaluation of answer sheets at Nagpur University. Many students study diligently and write accurate answers to all questions; yet, they are deliberately failed by a margin of just 2 to 5 marks. A shocking revelation has emerged in certain cases where, despite all answers being factually correct, students were awarded a direct score of '00' (zero) marks.

...Then Where Are We Supposed to Find the Money for Revaluation?

It is the poor and needy students who bear the brunt of this university blunder. Many students already struggle to pay examination fees due to financial constraints; under such circumstances, how are they expected to afford the expensive forms required for revaluation? This indignant question was raised in the memorandum. Furthermore, even for those who somehow managed to scrape together the funds to submit the forms, an injustice is inflicted upon them when their results are declared as 'No Change'—or, in some instances, when their marks are actually reduced further.

Professors Rake It In, Students Left in Distress! "On one hand, under the guise of evaluating answer sheets, numerous professors are swindling lakhs of rupees in remuneration from the university; on the other hand, the ordinary student—who studies honestly—has become utterly exhausted from making endless rounds of the university in search of justice," the Nationalist Student Congress has alleged in a serious accusation.

What is the organization's primary demand?

The organization has strongly demanded that a law be enacted immediately to initiate strict punitive action against such irresponsible examiners and teachers—individuals whose actions push students into the depths of despair and compel them to abandon their education midway. They insist that this law be passed and implemented immediately in the interest of the students, even if it lacks unanimous consensus. Present on this occasion were Rudra Dhakade (Nagpur City President of the Nationalist Student Congress, Sharadchandra Pawar faction), Nehal Patil, Faizan Shaikh, Ramzan Shaikh, and Kunal Ingle.
